Context
PulsePoint is a B2B platform for automated phone and SMS surveys. The client came to me with a working AI-generated MVP and needed to turn it into a scalable, market-ready product.
Goal
The whole MVP was built on one screen, which became chaotic and unusable as features were added. My task was to break it down into a clear step-by-step workflow.
Outcome
I rebuilt the app around the actual user workflow, splitting it into five modules: survey setup, question builder, contacts, live tracking and results. I delivered the UX architecture, high-fidelity screens and a component library as a development-ready base for future growth.
